Great knives!
These are very sharp knives and from my use of them, seem to be very well made. Handles are comfortable and make for easy use when cutting. Guards keep the blades from getting banged up or cutting when stored. And they are just a really pretty knife with the coating! So far, an excellent purchase!

Watch out for the removing color
Cuts nicely, however, the colored portion comes off after a short period of time. I wouldn't recommend the pretty colored ones but maybe colorless ones?

    Awesome!
    Awesome knives! They are sharper and cut better than my expensive European made knife set. Only wish they could go in the dishwasher.

    This the best knife set ever!! Has the Cuisinart legacy to back them up. A knife for everything in the kitchen. Easy to pick out which one you will need and the safety covers are the best! I loved these when I got them and turned around and purchased several more sets and gave them out as Christmas gifts! These are easy knives to carry with you for all occasions. I used to have to wrap a knife in paper towels and tape it up - not anymore. I love the covers. BEST GIFT EVER TO RECEIVE AND GIVE :*)

    I needed to replace my favorite ceramic knife which I broke. That knife was no longer available so I decided to try this Cuisinart set. I have been very pleased with them. Although I have a drawer full of many different kinds of knives these are the ones I reach for. The small green and the blue seem to be perfect for so many things.
