*BEWARE* DOS ATTACK. FROM CHINA
*BEWARE* It was open when i received it. i plugged in to make sure it was working i hooked it up through the app and 30 mins later i got a notification through my netgear nighthawk app saying they blocked an attempted Dos attack (Denial of service) attemped on this camera Right away someone was trying to break into my network. This did come directly from china. i will be sending info to local authorities.

    Do Not!
    The product began sending data to China, Singapore, and other countries as soon as it was plugged in. Including an I.P. address in China listed as one in America... So unless you want your private conversations phoned home to China, or recordings of your babies, do not buy this... The image shows a 15 portion of the traffic through our firewall, all of which will be blocked...

    Invest in a better camera. Major complications.
    This camera is way too difficult to connect. I spent 30 minutes trying different ways to connect the camera to the app/wifi, but with no success. All the other reviews were accurate. Keep your money and invest in a better product. Instruction manuals and warranty card came with the camera, but I do believe that the company has other intentions than for you to simply use it. Read the agreement and policies and good luck if you still decide to purchase this product.

    Dont buy, damanged when ordered
    This camera would never connect. Opened it up to see if maybe something was wrong. One of the wires was broken, and it didn't even go to the camera. (added pictures) Really not happy with the product, dont buy it!!!

    Try something else
    Bought as baby/ kid monitor. Dont like how it auto scans room. But the sound is the worst. Loud noise any time sound is on. You hear the noise over any other communication. Also huge lag, its not real time. Maybe 10 seconds after something is said do you actually hear it. Which makes it useless as a baby monitor. Dont like that i have to actively be on app to get updated. Best to buy something with its on video and monitor. The voice is a foreign voice so its harder to make out what it's saying even though its in English. Dont buy
