I requested a replacement part for my Basketball Hoop. Customer Service was quick to respond and understand; then, quick to provide the part under warranty. The part I received was correct the first time, fit immediately and now all is better. Thanks, Lifetime!

Crooked rim
The rim is crooked. It was not damaged during assembly so it must've come from the factory crooked. Very frustrating after taking the time to assemble.

    Lifetime Adjustable Portable Basketball Hoop
    The product is good for the price. Some of the instructions were a little difficult to follow, but the ability to access the video was a tremendous help. It is a Christmas, so it has not been tested yet; but, I am sure that it will do fine.

    This seems like it will be a great goal for ur family.
    This product was actually incomplete in the package, missing the backboard itself. Once I contacted customer service, they were very friendly and helpful and got a new backboard shipped it to me.

    Just what they wanted...
    I bright this basketball hoop for my teenage grandkids. I was happy with he ordering process and delivery. The hope came in just a day and a half after ordering. It was a little difficult to put together for them, but they forgot all about that once they started playing..

    Awesome customer service
    We bought this basketball hoop for some family interaction time with our kids. As we began to put it together we were missing the small axle. As we continued to work on assembly we could not find a bracket. We did an inventory check and we were missing two other parts. Disappointed we called Lifetime company to see about replacement parts. Katie answered and was the absolute nicest customer service person ever. She took down all of the missing parts and started an order immediately to have them replaced at no cost to us. We are very appreciative of the great service and we can't wait for our missing parts to arrive so we can complete the assembly of our hoop and start playing!!

    Excellent customer service
    I bought my hoop at an auction. When I purchased the hoops for my 7 year old boys, I thought it said new in box. Well it was missing the actual pole to put it up. I contacted customer service and told them the parts I needed and they are having them shipped out to me. Amazing customer service, very satisfactory. Definitely will purchase lifetime products again!

    Decent, But Screws to big for top hole
    Started to assemble but when we got to the end and we tried connecting the backboard to the pole the top holes were to small and the screws wouldn't fit in the holes then we read the comments and someone stated there holes were to big and they said they had to go to home depot and get slightly smaller ones.
