The product came damaged with broken parts and marks on the back. Since we don't want to deal with hustles of return and need something sooner we decided to keep it. But for this money expected the product to be shipped better.

    My mama really needed a new chair, so I brought this for her as an early Mother's Day gift and she absolutely loves it! It actually sits a little higher than her old chair, so it makes it easier for her to do her crafting, and causes her less back pain!

    Fantastic!
    This was super easy to assemble and very sturdy. It was so easy, I bet, even a child could do it! And with me, being pretty tall and heavy, the seat has served me perfectly. I can adjust the height easily. I strongly recommend it.

    A desk chair on the budget
    If you don't want to spend a high amount of money for a desk chair -Mainstays Mid-Back Manager's Office Chair with Arms, Bonded Leather, Multiple Colors is a solution. At this time of the economy when the prices went up200% a $53.00 expense is with in a low budget and is getting at the destination in some 5 to 7 days.

    Great Price and Quality
    I love this chair! It went on sale for $65 and I'm glad I ordered one. Unlike the mainstays velvet upholstered, this chair actually has a comfortable BIG seat. You do not feel like you are slipping off and the arm rests are definitely a plus. Color is dark gray.

    Hope it lasts the 90 day warranty, not impressed
    It had no padding since the parts for the chair are located in the back rest. Once you remove that, there is just wood around the edge and nothing in the rest of the back cushion. The zipper for the back cushion came apart just from unzipping it to get the parts out. I got it back together but not very good craftmanship.

    The chair back is hollow and stores the base of the chair for shipment. It uses the hammock concept instead of cushion. The hammock idea can work very well, but fails in this case. The bar at the shoulders is straight instead of concave, so you feel it. The bar is uncomfortable even though it is wrapped it what feels like memory foam. The lower lumbar support is just not there. If the curve of the frame were different it might've worked. The reclining angle is very shallow, (as if the designer realized the seat back wasn't going to give the proper support) making it especially terrible as a desk chair. Nice looking, well thought out chair. They just weren't able to pull it off. Seat cushion is fine. Back support stinks or is non existent at best. Now I will have to disassemble the whole thing and pack it up to return it- what a nuisance.

    So happy with the purchase!
    Got a $20.00 discount while buying, extremely happy with the quality of the chair. I bought that for my Work From Home job and it is exactly the size that I wanted. It is soft, moves nicely, comfortable, easy to assemble. Price was $49.00 after discount, got the best value from the item. Well recommended to other buyers. Thank you Mainstays and Walmart.

    good chair, but the rollers do not roll properly, kind of disappointing. I have to pretty much move the chair like one that does not have wheels because if I try to roll, it will scratch up my floor because the tires do not turn in the direction they are supposed to.

    NOT for hard floors
    Unfortunately, I bought 8 of these for a conference table in a room with hardwood floors. The wheels do NOT work on hard floors. I called customer service listed on the manual who said they need special wheels for hard floors and that I could purchase for 120 dollars. I asked if they could just exchange the wheels since nowhere did it state these chairs are NOT meant for hard floors and now I already have all 8 chairs assembled. They refused. 0 stars.

    Good Purchase!
    Good price, modern style. I purchased 2 of these chairs for my home office. I am not the assembly type of mom; I do not enjoy it. This took me 45 minutes to put together thanks to the interactive 3-D app (BILT)that was included inside the box. I wish the back reclined, but overall satisfied.
