My favorite tortilla chips!
these chips are awesome! they were not crushed from shipping at all! that being said, i see they are EIGHTEEN DOLLARS right now. i paid less than 3 dollars last time! i will NEVER EVER pay $18 for a friggin bag of chips. EVER. Even with inflation at its highest in 40 yrs, a bag of chips shouldn't cost that much. it's not even essential. unbelievable! $18 ! HAHAA!

Horrible experience
I bought two -These were to in store pickup. They were delivered to me at $18 a piece!!! I place a return ticket in ticket and got a message saying to rerun at any Walmart and show the bar code. I have tried to return at twoWalmarts (one super center). Both stores have told me the bar code is saying error. I called Walmart support and they said I would get an email with a new bar code within 8 hours. I still do not have an email. Worst experience ever.

    Not satisfied.
    We love these chips, BUT, not stale outdated chips! My order was picked up 11-3-2021, these chips were best by 10-8-2021. I opened one bag at my granddaughters birthday party and they were stale. Then we noticed all bags said best by 10-8. I would greatly appreciate a full refund for the four bags and I will return the 3 unopened bags.

    we got taken on this one.
    It says "Now Bigger Bag". This bag said 18 oz. and we weighed it on digital scales and it only weighed 9.6 oz. We tried to let the company know and could not fill out their form because they requested the batch number that was supposed to be stamped in the upper right hand corner to which there was no stamp so I guess we are just out of luck.

    3/4 air 1/4 bag of chis
    Says bigger bag. Yeah it is but 3/4 of the bag is Air. 1/4 bag of chips. For the price almost $7.00 a bag. This value sucks. I LOVE on the Boarder chip but will be looking for a new brand of chips.

    Company sold; product took a nosedive
    These used to be the tastiest chips on the market. They were light and buttery, with little air bubbles that made them flakey--worth the premium price. The bag I opened tonight had chips which were flat and dense, like compressed cardboard. The difference was so striking, I googled to see if anyone else had noticed. Turns out the company was sold a few months ago and On The Border is now a subsidiary of Utz. (And yes, plenty of people have noticed the difference.)

    the bag of chips were crushed would like to return this item but unable to go to the store to return. It would be nice if you could have someone to PICKUP returns only for the ones that are disable to return items to the STORE.

    Great Chip, but DON"T BUY TO BE SHIPPED by Walmart
    Great chips, if you can get any. They shipped them with heavy hard items and the bag burst open during shipping. The chips were all over the box and very few in the bag, plus all of them were crushed.

    chips packed with pop 1 bag on border, 2 bags sour cream cheddar. and santitas tortilla chips 4 bags ALL SMASHED AND CRUSHED NON CONSUMABLE CRUSHED SO DISSAPOINTED. ON FIXED INCOME CANT AFFORD TO WASTE THINGS. WOULD BE HAPPY WITH REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. USUALLY THEY PACK MY CHIPS SEPARATLY.
