Best brand
I tried the GV brand of these trying to save some money... but in that case it was a mistake. These have a much better flavor and saltiness level. The price is more, but I couldn't finish the last batch I got, so where is the cost savings in that? Sometimes you have to buy the name brand for things and I guess for me, peanuts is one of them. The salt level really matters and this one has the best flavor. This is a nice large size and will last a while. like the screw on lid.

Dont buy
Cocktail peanuts were very small sized peanuts that did not look like cocktail peanuts in the typical can. Taste was much worse as well. Really disappointing.

    Horrible small broken pieces
    Pretty much squirrel feed. Every peanut in the jar was broken in half or small pieces. Don't buy these Stick with the regular size jar

    Good peanuts but need salt and to be less dry!
    We like Planters peanuts but think they are too dry and not quite salty enough. Those in the can seem saltier and not nearly as dry.

    Not the same quality or size as smaller can
    These “Cocktail Peanuts” are not the same quality as the Cocktail Peanuts in the smaller cans. These peanuts are ~20% smaller with a lot of skins than the canned peanuts. The taste is similar. There are little savings in buying this larger size … $.1646 vs. $.1675 per ounce at my local Walmart.

    Disappointed since they are redskins.
    Very disappointed. Not the cocktail peanuts they used to be. They are redskins with a lot of skins still on and most are split in half. I bought online. If I saw on the shelf in the store, I would not have purchased.

    Huge jar for the orice
    Love that they come in a jar with the screwtop lid makes storing in the cabinet easy. The peanuts were very fresh but the peanuts seemed smaller than the ones Ive previously bought in the can.

    These bigger sizes of cocktail peanuts have lower quality than the 16 oz size. They are always greasy and darker colored. Not as fresh. The 16 0z cans are much better.

    What in the world?!
    How is it possible that an name brand pwonut tastes worse than the store brand? I purchase dress because I could not find the Walmart brand cocktail peanuts. what a disappointment to see how overcooked they were and they didn't take the time to clean off the shell casing. I asked for a refund immediately. Once again, Walmart beat the competitor!
