Shortens the time/severity of a cold
This is good to use if you have a full-blown cold. It does seem to shorten the length of time it hangs around and the severity of the symptoms. So glad they were able to bring this back in the nasal swab form minus the zinc which was causing taste/smell problems. Good going!

    Great in preventing a cold!
    I use this when I feel nasal congestion getting worse and it prevents me from getting a sinus infection or cold symptoms.

    Start to use upon first clue. Grateful that I haven't had a serious cold in years. And get a flu shot every year , say what you will. I have this on hand just in case %26 use it if I get even the tiniest sore throat once or twice just in cast. Looking around for some actual wood to knock on. Lol

    I have been using this for years whenever I get a cold, %26 only once or twice during the duration, at the very start. I believe that it works to shorten a cold. Nobody in my family likes the way that it feels, %26 their colds last at least a few days longer than mine.

    This stuff truly is amazing. My mom was visiting in September and purchased these when we all came down with a cold. I tried them and my husband did not. I seemed to be getting better much faster than he did. I always make sure to blow nose as good as possible prior to application. You can immediately tell the difference. Brings back sense of smell. If you're deciding between these or the nasal spray -pick the swabs 100%. You will not be disappointed.
