Love my Roomba!
This is a wonderful product! I highly recommend this! We recently installed tile throughout our home and the Roomba is my best friend! Easy to set up on the app and it cleans extremely well. It's set up to clean 3 times a week. My flooring is spotless! I have 2 small dogs and they shed a little. The Roomba picks up the hair and dust easily. I am so happy I bought this!

Worst robot vacuum ever.
Worst robot vacuum ever. After about 90 days, the motor on the unit is not functioning appropriately -- this after keeping the brushes clean and free of debris. The unit frequently dies before returning home -- my $150 amazon deebot works a million times better than this thing. I waited for Christmas to get this, in fact, it was my only Christmas gift, and now the thing doesn't work. So incredibly frustrating for the amount of money paid. I will never order another roomba again.

    Already broken.
    Had this less than a month and the spinning brush stopped working. It wasn't from hair or dirt. Trying to get help to fix it but they just tell me it's probably dirt/hair. Very frustrating. Wish I could fix it cuz it WAS working great before it broke.

    Destroys floor rugs
    Do not buy this if you have floor rugs that you care about. I used it for a week and my rug got chewed up by the brushes. There is no "keep out" zones available with this model and the barrier add ons that iRobot sells cannot be placed in the middle of the floor where people walk. The company will not take the product back, so I am stuck with this useless $400 vacuum.

    I don't mind vacuuming, now!
    Works very well, the 1st couple of times, it maps out its course, then follows that course, each time. If you change the room layout, just take the app, and have it remap the area. Then it empties itself. It sounds like a jet plane, taking off.

    The only downside I saw was that the instructions did not have illustrations or pictures of the various release latches or buttons that are need to be used when cleaning or clearing the robot. But once they are found, robot id easy to clean or clear

    Buy a higher end model. This one is terrible.
    This Roomba model is not great. Software does not allow for specific room cleaning (which I knew), but didn't realize how much of an issue that was until after purchase. This model constantly gets stuck trying to "find it's way home". I've lived in a 700 sq ft and 1200 sq ft place and this model kept getting stuck in both.

    I would recommend to everyone.
    My iRobot is powerful and does a thorough job. Even when my dog had an accident, my iRobot powered right through that pile of Poop over and over, trying to break it down and suck it up. It kept right on going over my living room carpet until eventually it made it to my kitchen, where I finally came down stairs that morning to find the fecal Jackson Pollock. After I got over the initial shock and horror, I was thoroughly impressed that in did not break. The design is pretty top notch to keep the sludge of poop out of the mechanics and battery. It was very easy to take apart and clean. It came with replacement rollers, brushes, and filter to make it even easier.

    The verdict is still out
    So far I am happy with my purchase, however I have not been able to get the app to download so have not been able to take advantage of the extra perks that go with this vacuum. I am not sorry that I bought this one and I am sure I will eventually master the download app.

    Product didn't work, didn't receive refund
    This product was delivered to me as a refurbished product that wasn't listed as a refurbished product. It didn't work. I tried to send it back to get a refund and it's been over a month since FedEx confirmed delivery. I still haven't received my refund.

    Lied to about “new”
    Had I known this one was used I wouldn't have purchase from here. It even came from Amazon technically. It wasn't even a discounted price for being used either. Depending if I can reset it properly and if it runs okay I might return it. It still had the last persons house map saved. Beyond upset

    We couldn't be more happy! So glad we decided to get the I3. Having 2 cats and 1 dog effects our allergies, but with the daily schedule, we have noticed a great improvement in air quality.
